Can I choose where my star is?
If you have a specific constellation you want your star in please tell us when you order. There is no additional charge for this service.  

Are there any restrictions on star names?
No names considered inappropriate or abusive will be accepted. 

Will other people be able to name my star?
Luckily there are over 10 billion identified stars in our catalog. Every star is named once. All stars are visible from both the Northern and Southern Hemisphere. 

Do I own my named star?
Legal ownership for stars does not exist. You own the naming right in our catalog. 

Can I see my star?
We recommend using a Smart Telescope that automatically aligns to the night sky. However using websites such as http://stellarium.org/ you will be able to get an exact location for the star.
